Question 1

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everything you log is tied to your own account and protected so only you can see it. We don't sell your data, and there are no ads tracking you inside the app.

Question 2

How accurate are the predictions?

Accepted Answer

Predictions are estimates based on your recent cycles. The more cycles you log, the better they get. Bodies aren't clocks, though — stress, travel and illness can all shift things, so treat predictions as a helpful guide, not a guarantee.

Question 3

Is Bloom free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the tracker is completely free to use.

Question 4

Can I use Bloom on my phone and computer?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Your account syncs across devices — log in anywhere and your calendar, logs and predictions are there.

Question 5

Can Bloom be used as contraception?

Accepted Answer

No. Bloom shows your likely fertile window, but it is not a contraceptive method and should never be relied on to prevent pregnancy.

Question 6

How do I delete my data?

Accepted Answer

You can remove individual periods and day logs at any time from your calendar. If you'd like your whole account and all its data deleted, contact us and we'll take care of it.

Question 7

What do the calendar colours mean?

Accepted Answer

Solid colour marks your logged period days, the dashed outline shows predicted future periods, and the highlighted window is your estimated fertile days around ovulation.
